I think that report may be incorrect as there was another posting on NE Sportsman. I too liked to fish there but not today. The lake seemed almost dead. One
bass in over 6 hours and no other boats were there. No other trailers in the parking lot unitl the afternoon. What happened to that place?

I'm pretty sure they do not treat Manchaug, as they have a town beach, and two large campgrounds.
Nonesuch launch is town owned, so feel free to use it...tough though with a larger boat, although I did use the Javelin in there..great for cartop!!! |

Yeah I gotta give Nonesuch another try....Fished it a few years ago and only caught dinks.
I've always heard it was a good little pond. |
