Heard the "Big Mamas" are spawning up north!
We have a month between now and our next tourney,we should plan a trip up to do some spawn fishing!

Might try hitting winni or winnisquam this weekend,I know Dennis J is headed up to Maine,thinking Saturday,gotta be outta there by 1-2pm at the latest though
if Saturday...did they ever put in a new ramp at winnisquam?

New ramp is in an just awesome...double ramp, with room to tie up the boat and plenty of parking. Located across the river from the old Martel's ramp.

Well..my estimate is that they are still a week or so off..I put in at browns ,water temp was 56, went to braun bay,and then headed north up to
lee's,nothing,saw afew cruisers and spooked afew,then headed back down moultonborough bay and to black island area,nothing,pulled out dropshot and caught
afew off the first drop,then went over to melvin village area and a small backwater area,still nothing,finally found some ,water temp 62, behind spectacle
island area heading back towards the long island bridge..was a beautiful day up there weather wise

Any takers for a Winnie spawn trip for Sat June 20th? I'm heading up with a buddy for sure and Leo is in and I think Dan D as well.

Thanks for the phonecall Tim and Dan! Would love to go but Iam going striper fishing Friday,not sure about Saturday weather at this point,I know they are
saying rain for next weekend but then again its a week away..either way I will probably decide that morning
